He has worked for various companies, like Pizza Hut, Golden Swan Group, Harilela Group (Hong Kong), Ayushakti Ayurved Pvt Ltd. Vikas Valley & Resorts as their General Manager and Executive Chef capacity at various stages of his career. He also was a visiting faculty for catering colleges in Mumbai. His keen eye for details and profound knowledge of his industry has made him an young achiever at various fields.

He was always being consulted by various other people from the industry while he was working. All those projects would then eventually become successful and this is when he realized his talent and started the Ray’s Hospitality Consultancy to provide in depth consultation to various clients into anything under the hospitality umbrella. He is very well traveled and knows cuisines from various parts of the world. His vision has created many bold entrepreneurs who went on his said path and have become successful in their business.
